What Is Muay Thai Kickboxing?
Muay Thai (or Thai Boxing) is one of the most effective, efficient methods of self-defense and fitness in the world. Originally developed in Thailand and now practiced all around the globe, Muay Thai is known as the ‘Art of the Eight Limbs’. Our comprehensive training program uses feet and hands, knees and elbows together for a full-body workout designed to increase speed, flexibility, coordination and endurance.
Muay Thai is also well-known for developing discipline, confidence and respect. These invaluable tools train adults to set goals, work hard and develop a non-quitting spirit. Not only do we teach students how to protect themselves, but how to gain confidence, awareness, and mental agility through the use of innovative drills and activities.

Our Introductory Program:
We offer you a great opportunity to try our program for only $19.95. You will receive a one-one-one session with one of our qualified instructors, during which we’ll introduce you to some of the basics of Muay Thai Kickboxing. This lesson is a great opportunity for you to meet our instructors, view our facilities, and find out if our program is right for you. Our Adult Program Overview:
Muay Thai kickboxing uses hands, feet, knees and elbows to deliver a powerful and effective method for year-round physical fitness. Through our program, you will learn not only techniques to defend yourself, but also relieve stress, tension and anxiety. Your fitness will improve through a comprehensive warm-up and physical conditioning program included in every single class.
One of the great advantages of Muay Thai kickboxing is that you don’t need to be “in shape” to get into shape! Our program features beginner (Basic) classes, so you can develop and improve at your own pace. After only a few classes, you’ll notice your fitness level increasing and your mental alertness rising – plus you’ll be burning up to 800 calories in only an hour of training.
Our Adult Basic Program:
The Basic program is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of balance, coordination and cardio fitness through the techniques of Muay Thai. The goal of the Basic program is provide a firm foundation for an understanding of physical and emotional balance – as well as self-defense – while beginning to condition your mind and body for a safer, stronger, more fit lifestyle.
Our Adult Advanced Programs:
Our Advanced programs build on the skills & drills of the Basic class. Over the course of this program, you will learn new techniques and combinations, improve your reaction time, and refine your knowledge of self-defense.
At this level of training, you will have already built a solid foundation with kicks, punches, knees and elbows. Your cardiovascular fitness and endurance will be better than ever, and you will be continue to develop strength, confidence and power. You’ll burn off excess energy, calm the mind and alleviate tension.
