  • Testimonials

“Since joining BBJJ, the instructors have pushed me when I needed to be pushed and have given me every opportunity to better myself both physically and mentally.

“My favorite part about Jiu-Jitsu is that a smaller guy can defend himself against a man much bigger and more aggressive. Which means a lot to me, because I know what its like to be the little guy.

“I could go on for days about my love for the sport and the benefits of BJJ as an art but my favorite part of training at BBJJ has been how it has helped change me mentally. I’d really like to thank the other students and of course the staff for being a positive influence and motivation in my life.”
